We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking technologies on the Site, and we do not load fonts or scripts from other companies. See Cookies and Fonts.
We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not use your data for marketing unless you have asked us to keep in touch.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers (processors) who handle personal data only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare: delivers the Site and protects it against attacks. Cloudflare sees the IP address of each visitor.
- Microsoft 365: hosts our email, so enquiries you send by email or through the contact form pass through Microsoft.
- Infrastructure we operate: the web server and network equipment that host the Site are run by us in the United States.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data when the law requires it or to protect our rights or the security of our systems.
4. International transfers
We are based in the United States, so personal data of visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred to, and stored in, the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework for our providers. Contact us for details.
5. Your rights
If GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict how we use your data;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests; and
- complain to your data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office, and in the EU it is the authority in your country of residence.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we aim to reply within one month.
Providing personal data to us is voluntary. If you choose not to, we may not be able to answer your enquiry.
U.S. residents
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a privacy law (including Texas), you may ask us what we hold about you or ask us to delete it by writing to [email protected].
6. Security
The Site is delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Our servers are patched, firewalled and monitored, and access to them is restricted to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure; please report any concern to [email protected].
7. Children
The Site is intended for business visitors and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own and this notice does not cover them.
9. Changes to this notice
We will post any update here and change the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will make that clear on this page.
